For WHO’s Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health division, I designed an evaluation plan for reviewing adolescent cause-of-death estimates and their underlying data sources in the Global Health Observatory. The plan linked statistical quality review to the reliability of evidence used for global and country health monitoring.
