I provide technical consulting where mortality measurement, health-information systems, and applied data science meet. I help public-health partners move from data collection to validated evidence and operational systems through analysis, reproducible workflows, documentation, training, and local capacity building.

Manage and co-develop a WHO-hosted mortality-data archive, spanning ingestion, DDI/NADA publication, access workflows, documentation, demonstrations, and user support.

Technical Assistance for Verbal Autopsy Data Collection in Guinea-Bissau
Set up ODK-based survey data collection and a centralized data system for verbal autopsy interviews in Guinea-Bissau.
Development of the 2022 WHO Standardized Verbal Autopsy Instrument
Contributed technical input through the advisory-group process that revised the WHO standardized verbal autopsy instrument released in 2022.

Designed an evaluation plan for reviewing the quality of cause-of-death estimates in WHO’s Global Health Observatory.

Technical Assistance for the Afghanistan Health Survey 2018
Conducted the mortality and cause-of-death analysis, including verbal autopsy cause assignment, and drafted the corresponding sections of the Afghanistan Health Survey 2018 report.
